- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence at an administrative level, including expertise in board management, user management, workflow customization, and plugin integration.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Forward-thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on future objectives.
