We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position includes preparing financial reports, analyzing performance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making

  • Monitor and control company budgets, expenses, and cost efficiency

  • Manage reporting for multiple entities within the group (Serbia, Germany, Italy, Croatia)

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations

  • Prepare cash flow projections and monitor liquidity

  • Participate in continuous process improvements and automation of reporting

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a controlling or financial reporting role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS preferred)

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or similar)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
