Your Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making
Monitor and control company budgets, expenses, and cost efficiency
Manage reporting for multiple entities within the group (Serbia, Germany, Italy, Croatia)
Support audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations
Prepare cash flow projections and monitor liquidity
Participate in continuous process improvements and automation of reporting
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum 3 years of experience in a controlling or financial reporting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS preferred)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or similar)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
