Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate system integration activities across multiple subsystems (TCMS, HVAC, brakes, doors, traction, etc.).
- Develop and manage integration plans, procedures, and validation strategies.
- Define and maintain system interfaces, including Interface Control Documents (ICD).
- Support the definition of system architecture and ensure technical consistency between subsystems.
- Execute integration tests at both laboratory and vehicle level.
- Analyze integration issues and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with design, verification, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth system handover.
- Ensure compliance with railway standards and safety requirements (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129).
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and integration status updates.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement of integration processes
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Systems, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in railway, automotive, or aerospace industries.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and communication protocols (e.g. MVB, CAN, Ethernet).
- Experience in system verification, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards (EN 50126 / ISO 15288).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
