You ensure structure, overview, and a smooth daily working routine.

For our location in Stuttgart, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented personality who professionally manages administrative processes and also supports finance-related topics. In this role, you are an important point of contact for employees, management, and external partners. You support office management, internal coordination, and selected finance topics, and help ensure that day-to-day processes run efficiently, cleanly, and reliably

Your Responsibilities

  • Organization and support of daily office management
  • Coordination of meetings, business travel, and internal appointments
  • Support with documentation, filing, and administrative processes
  • First point of contact for office-related topics at the site
  • Support with onboarding as well as general administrative HR tasks
  • Coordination with service providers, suppliers, and external contacts
  • Support with invoice review, orders, travel expenses, and administrative approval processes
  • Preparation and maintenance of documents with a commercial focus
  • Close cooperation with Finance on organizational and preparatory topics
  • Contribution to the further development of internal processes, standards, and structure

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in office management, administration, assistance, or a comparable role
  • Ideally initial experience with administrative finance topics
  • A structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
  • Enjoyment in organizing things and keeping an overview
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office and common office tools
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment is an advantage
