Sales Manager Rolling Stock Maintenance DACH Region (m/f/d) – Stuttgart

We Are Hiring!

For our location in Germany, we are looking for a strong sales professional to actively expand our rail vehicle maintenance business across the DACH region. You will win new customers, further develop existing accounts, and lead technical service and maintenance solutions from the initial contact through to contract signature.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a focus on operators, keepers, leasing companies, and workshop partners
  • Develop existing customer relationships in the areas of maintenance, technical services, modernization, and workshop solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach, customer visits, and needs analysis through to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing
  • Handle and coordinate tenders, bid processes, and proposal documentation
  • Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to develop robust technical and commercial solutions
  • Prepare cost calculations, business cases, sales forecasts, and reporting
  • Monitor market developments, fleet trends, competitors, and maintenance needs across the DACH region
  • Build a strong network with key stakeholders in the railway industry

Your Profile

  • Several years of sales experience in a technical B2B and A2B environment
  • Ideally experience in rail vehicle maintenance, railway technology, workshop services, or the technical service business
  • Experience with tenders, proposal processes, and contract negotiations
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to develop customer-specific solutions
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
