We Are Hiring!

We are expanding our HR team in Germany (Stuttgart), Italy (Verona), and Croatia (Rijeka).
We are looking for motivated professionals to support key human resources activities - including recruitment, employee administration, and compliance.
You will provide essential support to local teams and contribute to the development of efficient HR operations across our international locations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal systems
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts and HR-related documentation
  • Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks
  • Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

Your Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Assistant or similar HR role
  • HSE knowledge is a plus
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable working style
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Experience in a corporate or international environment is desirable
